I had the great pleasure of working with Melissa over the last 2 months. I chose her after telephone interviews with 4 realtors. She really listened to me and addressed my special situation. I live out of town and am a caregiver. As we proceeded to try to sell a home I had inherited – she did extensive research and gave me easy to understand reports based on that research. We agreed on a plan – and she had offers for me within days. She was even able to convince the buyer to pay for a mobile notary to come to my home.
